4. Client Responsibilities

• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Ensure that materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

5. Payment Terms

WitsNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

WitsNext reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
