A study-abroad consultancy platform guiding Sri Lankan students to study in Germany — a public website covering admissions, student visas, blocked accounts and pre-departure support, backed by an admin portal for the team and a student portal for applicants.
The Problem
Novixa Education needed a credible online presence to reach Sri Lankan students considering Germany — explaining a complex process of admissions, visas, blocked accounts and intakes clearly — plus a system to manage students once they sign up, and all of it delivered on a short timeline.
Our Solution
We built a custom Laravel website that breaks the journey into a clear six-step process, from free consultation to pre-departure. Dedicated pages cover each service, the student visa process and entry requirements, alongside a guides and blog section and an FAQ. A free eligibility check, consultation booking and WhatsApp chat links throughout make it easy for students to get in touch. Behind the website, an admin portal lets the Novixa team manage students and their applications, while a student portal gives each student their own login to follow their progress.
The Result
Novixa Education now has a professional, informative platform that answers students’ key questions up front and channels them straight into eligibility checks, consultations and WhatsApp conversations — giving the consultancy a steady, organised stream of qualified leads. With the admin and student portals, the team now manages every student in one place. The full system was delivered on short notice and on schedule.
